History of Salicylic Acid: Salicylic acid is a Beta Hydroxyl Acid. This organic beta hydroxy acid solution occurs naturally in various plants. During the 5th century B.C., Hippocrates, a Greek physician, would often write about a bitter powder derived from the willow bark which acted as a painkiller and fever reducer. In modern times, salicylic acid is more commonly used as an effective treatment against acne and scars. Powerful exfoliant for healthy, radiant skin. Great treatment for acne-prone, oily skin types. Helps kill acne-causing bacteria.
Who should use Salicylic Acid? Salicylic acid peels 10% strength are ideal treatments for individuals who are new to salicylic peels. First time users should always start at 10% to avoid burns. Salicylic peels 20% strength are ideal treatments for individuals with normal to oily skin types that have had prior experience using salicylic acid peels of equal or greater strength. Works great on grade 2 & grade 3 acne.

4: Apply peel to face with a cotton ball (You can also spot treat individual pimples or areas with greater congestion).
