Plus, all of these fruits have antioxidants that prevent free radical damage from the environment from affecting your skin. Indulge in all kinds of citrus fruits, red grapes, and even tropical fruits like mango, papaya, and bananas.

Add fruits to your oatmeal or plain greek yogurt in the morning, into all kinds of salads for a healthy lunch, and fruit even makes a healthy dessert after dinner with a little homemade whipped cream or dark chocolate drizzle. You have to treat yourself or eating becomes a chore.
